BBC Worldwide have uploaded a teaser trailer for a new Doctor Who game called The Eternity Clock.

Details are slim, but apparently “Gamers can take on the role of the Doctor and River Song as they explore the universe of Doctor Who over multiple time periods.”

It is set to launch in early 2012 initially on Playstation 3, Playstation Vita and PC and is developed by Supermassive Games.

Could this be the triple-A Doctor Who game we’ve been waiting for? It’s too early to tell from this teaser, but it certainly looks promising.
