Moffat teases Dalek Return

At last night’s BAFTA TV Awards, Steven Moffat spoke a little about the upcoming return of the Daleks.

He teased: “The Daleks are coming back and they’re worse than ever. Just you wait until you see what they’re going to do. If I even told you the title you would say, ‘Ah’.”

A few sources claim Moffat was talking about year’s Christmas special, but unless the Daleks are in both the Series 7 opener and the festive special, that must be a mistake.

In another interview yesterday, Moffat stated he hadn’t finished writing the Christmas episode yet.

Asked if he had written his acceptance speech, Moffat replied: “I’ve been working all day on the Doctor Who Christmas special and it’s very, very late!”

Which possibly suggests the episode they are filming right now will not be Jenna-Louise Coleman’s first story.
