Peter Jackson Will Direct Who for a… Dalek
Last year there was a lot of buzz around Peter Jackson potentially directing an episode of Doctor Who.
The Oscar-winning director of The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit was first reported as being interested back in September
Some wondered if Jackson’s fee would be too high though. Now, EW reports that he will work for nothing, but he wouldn’t mind a Dalek being donated to his collection.
“They don’t even have to pay me. But I have got my eye on one of those nice new gold-colored Daleks. They must have a spare one (hint, hint).”
Moffat, as expected, stayed tight lipped on the subject when EW asked: “You’d never get any information like that out of me!”
But he added: “We’re theoretically on board for anything provided we’ve got a great story.”
