Shark sleighs, singing and fezzes. It’s hard to believe Christmas was a month ago already, but today you can relive the 2010 Doctor Who festive special, A Christmas Carol, all over again on DVD and Blu-ray.

Unlike some standalone Doctor Who releases, you actually get a couple of decent extras thrown in, including the Doctor Who Confidential 2010 Christmas Special and Doctor Who at the Proms 2010.

The DVD and Blu-ray are available to purchase now. It’s out 15th February for those of you in the US.

An accompanying soundtrack featuring Abigail’s Song by Katherine Jenkins will be released in March.

You’ve been voting all week in our poll to find out what you thought about this year’s Doctor Who festive special, A Christmas Carol. The poll is now closed and the final results are in.

The majority of those that voted thought the episode was ‘the perfect Christmas gift’ and worthy of full marks with 60% of the overall vote. 22% rated it ‘very good’, 11% said it was ‘average’ and 4% ‘poor’. Just 3% thought it was truly ‘awful’.
