The first official promo pic for A Christmas Carol has been released by the BBC. It features The Doctor (Matt Smith), Kazran Sardick (Michael Gambon) and Katherine Jenkins whose character is now revealed to be called Abigail Pettigrew. Oh, and that’s not mentioning the big flying shark in the background!
