Doctor Who Series 6 Trailer Soon?

The Doctor Who Christmas specials have, in the past, had a trailer for the next series at the end of the episodes, giving us a sneak peek at what lies ahead. The signs are now looking good that this tradition will continue with A Christmas Carol.

Steven Moffat tweeted yesterday: “Ooh! Looking at the next season Doctor Who trailer! Blimey! And ooh! Again.”

Now, obviously, this is a not confirmation, but it’s probably as close as we’re going to get from the king of teasers.

And why would Moffat even mention it otherwise? We don’t think he is that cruel…

Four episodes of Series 6 have now completed filming, with 5 and 6 shooting now. A trailer should therefore contain clips from the first four episodes.
