Doctor Who meets Primeval?

The more we hear about the Doctor Who Series 6 finale, the stranger it gets.

Latest filming details reveal one of the scenes is set in some sort of alternate reality (which would explain the Romans

). There are a bunch of kids in Hyde Park – one of them is young Rory (Ezekiel Wigglesworth)! Then, they see a pterodactyl in the sky and run away screaming. They should have read the sign!

So we’ve got younger versions of characters, Romans, dinosaurs, Winston Churchill, futuristic soldiers and who knows what else? Could it get any stranger?
