2011 TV Choice Awards Longlist

The longlist for the 2011 TV Choice Awards have been announced and both Doctor Who and The Sarah Jane Adventures have received nominations.

Doctor Who and The Sarah Jane Adventures are up for Best Family Drama, against Waterloo Road

once more! As well as Casualty, Holby City, Merlin, Primeval and Wild At Heart. Let’s make sure we get the right winner this time!

Matt Smith is nominated for Best Actor and faces competition from David Tennant (Single Father) and Christopher Eccleston (The Shadow Line), amongst others.

Karen Gillan and the late Elisabeth Sladen are nominated for Best Actress.

Voting closes on the 10th June with the winners revealed at the ceremony on Tuesday 13th September 2011.
