2015 National Television Awards UPDATE
As previously reported, Doctor Who has been nominated for Best Drama. It faces tough competition from Downton Abbey, Cilla, and Sherlock.
Peter Capaldi and Jenna Coleman did not make the Drama Performance shortlist this year, unfortunately.
The awards ceremony is broadcast live tonight on ITV from 7.30pm. It can be watched online here (may not play outside the UK).
UPDATE: Doctor Who lost out to Downton Abbey in the end, but David Tennant earned himself a Special Recognition prize.
