Michelle Gomez BAFTA Nominated for Doctor Who

Doctor Who has received a single nomination in the 2016 British Academy Television Awards.

Michelle Gomez is up for Best Supporting Actress against:

• Eleanor Worthington-Cox (The Enfield Haunting)
• Chanel Cresswell (This Is England ’90)
• Lesley Manville (River)

The only other nomination Doctor Who received was in the BAFTA Craft Awards for Special, Visual & Graphic Effects.

The British Academy Television Awards take place on Sunday 8 May at the Royal Festival Hall in London.
