Neil Patrick Harris has the Last Laugh in 60th Teaser

Last night saw yet another teaser trailer for the 60th anniversary specials (the third now, if anyone’s counting). If you missed it, check it out below:

Once again it’s another blink-and-you’ll-miss-it affair with the 14th Doctor (David Tennant) and Donna (Catherine Tate) featuring. This time there’s a heavier focus on Neil Patrick Harris’ villainous character (originally rumoured to be playing the Toymaker).

No audio can be understood without reversing it. If you do so, you hear 14 say, “A giggle in everyone’s head.”

 The BBC also kept to form, tweeting, and then deleting, another binary code. This one translated to “Long diamond. Short heart.”

As with the last trailer, a reference to Eurovision suggests a full trailer could happen this weekend (13 May) most likely before the song contest begins around 8pm…
