Kris Marshall 13th Doctor Bets Suspended After Sudden Spike

Kris Marshall has been circulating the next Doctor rumour mill ever since it was made public he was quitting BBC’s “Death In Paradise” curiously close to Capaldi announcing his own exit from Doctor Who. Could it be more than just a coincidence?

Some bookmakers have now suspended betting on Marshall after seeing a sudden spike in bets. Possibly indicating someone has insider knowledge.

As some may recall, a similar situation occurred back in 2013 when Peter Capaldi’s name came out of nowhere receiving a flurry of bets before he was officially revealed.

Ladbrokes’ Alex Donohue said: “A surge of punters have backed Marshall so we’ve had no choice but to close the book. If he does get the gig, the bookies will be exterminated first.”

With odds of 4/5, the former My Family star has now overtaken previous frontrunners Tilda Swinton and Olivia Colman.
