Colin Morgan on Doctor Who

Before he shot to fame as Merlin, Colin Morgan made a guest appearance on Doctor Who in fan favourite Series 4 episode, Midnight (pictured).

Now that Merlin is ending, Radio Times readers asked if Morgan would be up for playing a future incarnation of the Doctor.

However, Morgan doesn’t believe he’ll be taking control of the TARDIS any time soon.

He told the Radio Times: “Well, that box has already been ticked, but I feel very lucky to have been part of that. It was my first filming job really, so it was a great thing to be a part of, but in terms of the future? Probably not.”
