1. What can be said about “Last Christmas”? It’s a long story.
2. Santa is a racist . . .
3. . . . and terribly potty-mouthed, though his choice of profanities is hilariously apt, and totally G-rated. (Hint: Remember when Eleven referred to the Maitland children as “Daleks”? It’s something like that.)
4. However, Daleks aren’t actually mentioned. (In fact, unlike last year’s cameo-fest, there is no mention or appearance of any previous monster.)
5. The opening credits get a subtle, wintry makeover, and now include Nick Frost, though he does not get above-title billing.
6. “isotope,” “Extremely,” “inside,” “chocolate” means “We are all dead.”
7. “Very, very, very dead.”
8. A new twist on an old favorite: “dreamy-weamy.”
