Lily Cole is a Siren?

The official Doctor Who website has confirmed that Lily Cole will guest star in Series 6 of Doctor Who.

Cole is best known for her modelling work, but also starred in the 2009 film The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus with Johnny Depp.

She will join Hugh Bonneville in the pirate-themed third episode and apparently plays “a mysterious creature that haunts a pirate ship.”

Could she be one of the purported sirens or something else?
