Phil Ford Teases Series 8 Episode

Writer Phil Ford has spoken about his upcoming story for Doctor Who Series 8.

Ford, who co-wrote The Waters of Mars

, as well as Dreamland, The Adventure Games and many stories for The Sarah Jane Adventures, was recently announced to be scripting episode 2 of Peter Capaldi’s debut series.

Speaking to Doctor Who TV, Ford said: “I’m over the moon in a TARDIS! And I don’t know how I’ve managed to keep quiet about it for so long! It’s a huge honour to write for Doctor Who at any time, to be writing Peter Capaldi’s second adventure is that to infinity! I can’t wait to get on to set!”

To close, Ford offered a little tease of his episode in three words: “Behind enemy lines.”
