Early Wednesday morning, Doctor Who TV rolled out a site update that caused a few unexpected issues for some visitors. We believe to have isolated the problem and fixed it during the down time. If however you are still suffering from problems such as the site displaying incorrectly, please try the following:

- Try clearing everything else if the first two solutions fail, using the same methods above.
- Make sure browser cookies are enabled. Find details here

A number of readers with these problems before have found success following these steps. If none of these work, as a last resort, try another switching to a different web browser to see if that resolves it.
