Smith in Death of the Doctor

Penguin have released the book covers for two new Sarah Jane Adventures books – The Nightmare Man and Death of the Doctor.

Both books are novelisations of episodes from the upcoming fourth Series of The Sarah Jane Adventures.

The cover of Death of the Doctor gives us our first look at Matt Smith in his spin-off appearance. You can also see vulture-esque monster, The Shansheeth.

The Nightmare Man is the first episode of the series and shows the main villain, who appears to be a bit of a Joker.

Both books will be released November 4th 2010. Series 4 of The Sarah Jane Adventures will air in the Autumn.
