Tennant is “Thrilled” Russell T Davies is Coming Back, Doesn’t Rule Out Return for 60th

David Tennant has responded publicly to Russell T Davies’ Doctor Who return, and not ruled out making a comeback himself for the 60th anniversary.

Speaking to Digital Spy, Tennant said: “I’m so thrilled that Russell is going back to it and to see where he’s going to take that story.”

He continued: “There isn’t a Doctor Who brain like his in the country, on the planet, in the universe, so as a fan of the show, to know where that’s going to go next, is hugely exciting.”

Tennant was then asked if he would return again, and he replied: “Because there’s that element of fantasy, anything is ultimately possible. You should never say never to anything. I think that way madness lies.”
