5. The Twelfth Doctor (Peter Capaldi)
4. The Ninth Doctor (Christopher Eccleston)
3. The Eleventh Doctor (Matt Smith)
2. The Fourth Doctor (Tom Baker)
1. The Tenth Doctor (David Tennant)
Surprise! This marks David Tennant’s fourth win in tournaments of a similar nature on DWTV, so long-time readers all knew this result was coming.
Tennant didn’t lose a single battle this time, though his two battles with his closest rival Tom Baker were very close. Ultimately, though, it seems Tennant simply cannot be topped. No doubt his imminent return as the Fourteenth Doctor also helped.
Outside the top two, Matt Smith, Christopher Eccleston, and Peter Capaldi all performed very well, with Eccleston even beating Capaldi’s standing this time.
Of the classic Doctors, Tom Baker of course hits the top spot, while Sylvester McCoy did very well this time. Jon Pertwee coming in third place.
Thanks for all your votes, and congrats to David Tennant (again)! Perhaps the incoming Ncuti Gatwa will shake up the competition next time around?
